2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs stone ground mustard
2 tsp fresh chopped Rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 chicken breasts (8 oz) or use chicken tenders if desired.
3 tbs light mayo
1 tbs stone ground mustard
1 tbs water
First mix the oil, mustard, Rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat your grill and brush each side of the chicken with the mustard mixture. grill chicken until center is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 6 minutes per side.
While the chicken cooks make the mustard cream by mixing the light mayo, mustard and water.
Serve chicken hot with a tbs of the mustard cream.
