1 bag of frozen hash-browns (shredded potatoes)
1 onion diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 16oz. Bag frozen broccoli- thawed
1 1/2- 2 cups cubed ham
1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom garlic soup
1/2 can condensed milk
1/4 cup lite mayo
1 tbs. dijon mustard
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheddar blend cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13″ pan with frozen hash browns, top with diced onion and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
2. Combine mushrooms, soup, milk, mayo, mustard and shredded cheddar in a bowl and stir until uniform
3. Take pan out of the oven and layer broccoli, cubed ham and mushroom mixture. Top with grated Parmesan. Cook for around 40 minutes, remove from oven when bubbly and golden brown on top.
